We go over, under, around and through your home to insure the home you are buying is safe and sound. Often even a new home might have a safety issue or two and more times than not in older homes, we might find a few minor safety issues that can be easily repaired to provide you and your family the safey you expect.

Once you have your report in hand, your realty agent is the best person to help you determine what steps you should take and what items you might expect the seller to repair.

Often, i will provide the names of vendors who can make necessary repairs or alterations that i find issues with. The vendor list i use has been developed over years of home building, renovtions, property management and home inspecting. My standards are high, and i regularly inspect the work of those i recommend.

I do not accept commissions or kickbacks of any kind from these vendors and provide the names as an extended service to you. I encourage you to contact these folks as potential tradesmen for repairs, but also expect you to get competitive bids.

I take a reasonable man approach to all things. I pledge to be resonable in all dealings with you and pray that you will be reasonable with me. Following this simple plan, there is nothing that we cannot overcome.
