Thank you for using me as your Home Inspector. Your completed report is usually ready to view 24 hours after the inspection has been done. As soon as your report is available for viewing, you will receive an E-Mail notification. The E-Mail will have your login name and your password. If you have an outstanding balance, you must pay it prior to viewing your report. You can pay securly on-line after you login using VISA, MASTERCARD, Discovery or AMEX.
If we did Radon testing, your report will not be completed until the lab reports are received. Lab Reports are usually recieved and posted on the wed site with in 48 hours of collector pick ups. If you have any problems viewing your report, please contact me at (256) 232-4205. Or, if you want to discuss any item/s on the report please call me. If I am conducting another inspection, We may have to schedule a time later in the day to discss your report, but I am committed to answering all your questions and concerns in a timely manner.
For your continued viewing, all reports are archived on line for a period of five years.
